Timing of Scenes (Updated 07/22/16)

Post  ST Team on Fri Oct 09, 2009 4:35 pm

Please put a date in the Title of the Topic when you start a new thread if the date of the scene is different than the actual date. If you have a thread in another forum that moves locations, you may want to start a new thread with a subject line similar to: Subject of Original Thread (continued from previous location), Date.

Even if a scene takes two weeks to complete, all actions within that scene take place the date in the thread title or the original post date. In the event that a significant event (character death, serious wounds, brainwashing, relationship changes, etc.) happens in a thread that started later and is running concurrently, the start dates may be altered to preserve continuity of story.

As this is primarily a Vampire game, unless otherwise stated, all scenes are assumed to take place enough after sunset for all characters to be active. If your scene is taking place during daylight, please note this in the Subject line. If enough happens in a daytime scene that it will last after sunset, make a note of the time change in the narrative of the thread and edit the Subject line, please.
